My purpose as a physician is to help people get well, truly well, without the use of unnecessary medication or surgery. We have to face the fact that our current healthcare system is broken. Americans are among the most unhealthy on our planet and if you look around, there are very few in our community who truly look and feel healthy. I want to change that. I want to let expecting mothers know that you should feel well during pregnancy and that by taking care of yourself early on, you can have a wonderful birth experience. I want parents to confidently raise their children knowing which foods and supplements to utilize in order to protect their health and diminish the chances of chronic disease. I want my friends and family to enter their retirement years full of energy and vitality so that they can enjoy the fruits of their labor. I view coming to the office everyday as a purpose; we are truly providing ‘healthcare’. Every day there are patients that report an improved quality of life as a result of what we do—there is no greater reward than that.
