My purpose as a physician is to help people get well, truly well, without the use of unnecessary medication or surgery. We have to face the fact that our current healthcare system is broken. Americans are among the most unhealthy on our planet and if you look around, there are very few in our community who truly look and feel healthy. I want to change that. I want to let expecting mothers know that you should feel well during pregnancy and that by taking care of yourself early on, you can have a wonderful birth experience. I want parents to confidently raise their children knowing which foods and supplements to utilize in order to protect their health and diminish the chances of chronic disease. I want my friends and family to enter their retirement years full of energy and vitality so that they can enjoy the fruits of their labor. I view coming to the office everyday as a purpose; we are truly providing ‘healthcare’. Every day there are patients that report an improved quality of life as a result of what we do—there is no greater reward than that.

Christine Rogus joined Natural Health Improvement Center as our front desk receptionist almost 2 years ago. Christine’s thirst to learn more about homeopathic healing combined with her appreciation of Dr. Stacy’s deep knowledge and passionate care motivated her to work for the Patient Advocate position. In addition to her expanded responsibilities, Christine is currently in school pursuing the Route to Clinical Mastery from ULAN Nutritional Systems as she trains with Dr. Stacy to become a Master at Nutrition Response Testing. Christine comes from a business management and customer service background. With over 10 years working with people in a variety of positions, Christine believes in providing the best customer care possible.
While participating in Nutrition Response Testing, Christine was amazed by how the testing facilitated natural healing in her body. She was thrilled to get off daily medication that had covered up her actual problems. Christine knew from seeing and experiencing this holistic health, that she wanted to learn and use the skills to help others. Each day when she comes into work, her purpose is to help as many families as possible get well and stay well, using the most natural means possible. Christine truly feels that Nutrition Response Testing is the best therapy to help heal the body and achieve optimal health.
Christine is a wife to her husband Steve, and a mother of 4 children, 2 boys and 2 girls, ranging in age from 8 to 16. She resides with her family in the South West Suburbs and her most important job is to keep the family healthy and happy! Another of Christine’s key passions is that she loves being able to provide family and friends with organic body care products and homemade kombucha.
Christine believes that natural healthcare is the most valuable tool for our futures. She feels that many “health” systems are less than optimal – from being overmedicated as a society to overdependence on processed food sources.
Having a mildly autistic son, I started to look for the reasons why. I became frustrated at the layers of misinformation shared by well-meaning people as well as those with hidden agendas. I am making it my mission to help my family and friends who want to live healthier lifestyles by using whatever tools I can, and there is no better place to do this than working at Natural Health Improvement Center.
Sam Wolf is a Licensed Massage Therapist, a Nationally Certified Professional Member of the American Massage Therapy Association, and an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. She is a 2003 clinical massage therapy graduate of the Soma Institute in Chicago and has studied Cranio-Sacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute. Additionally, she has extensive experience (10 years) in clinical massage therapy, treating many common conditions including migraines and sinus-related headaches, TMJ (jaw pain), whiplash, shoulder pain, hip pain and sports-related injuries.
Ms. Wolf also specializes in Prenatal Massage, Myofascial Release, Active Release Therapy, Shiatsu, Deep Tissue massage, Hot Stone massage and Cranio-sacral Therapy.
My mission is to help people to feel better, restore function and improve their quality of life. After suffering from whiplash in 2001, I was able to return to a regular pain-free existence without any medication because of the wonderful care I received from a chiropractor and massage therapist. I wanted to be able to give that gift to others, so I enrolled in the clinical massage therapy program at the Soma Institute. I continue to study methods of hands-on healing to enhance my skills and enable me to help people achieve wellness.

After having three of my children, I decided that I needed to go back to school. I wanted a career in which I could help people. Massage therapy dates back thousands of years, and I strive to learn more about this pathway to health and wellness. I use the knowledge and experience that I have gained so far to help meets the needs of my individual clients.
