Grain Free Paleo Oatmeal

Ingredients

1 cup cashews

1 cup walnuts

1 Tbsp chia seeds

2 Tbsp ground flax meal

2 ½ cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1 Tbsp cinnamon

Berries, for topping

 

Instructions

1. In a blender, combine the cashews, walnuts, chia seeds, ground flax meal, almond milk, and cinnamon.

2. Blend until the mixture is smooth. Allow mixture to sit in the blender for 5 minutes to thicken.

3. Warm it up on the stove and divide into bowls.

4. Serve topped with berries and enjoy!
